Shipping policy
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the EU and selected international countries. All orders are shipped from Germany. Shipping to PO boxes or parcel pickup stations may be available depending on the selected shipping service at checkout.
2. Processing & Production Times
Many of our products are made to order or customized and may require up to 1 week for production before they are shipped. For items that are in stock, orders are usually processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Note: Holiday Break between 20.12.2025-03.01.2025: Orders will be processed in sequence afterwards.
3. Shipping Costs & Services
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method. Multiple shipping options may be available depending on your location.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on location. The following are non-binding indications based on previous experience:
- Germany: 2-5 business days
- EU countries: 5-10 business days
- International: 7-14 business days
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and actual delivery may be affected by factors such as customs processing or carrier delays. These delivery times apply after order processing (see above).
5. Order Tracking
All shipments include tracking information, which will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Since we use multiple carriers, tracking links and updates depend on the selected service provider.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and must be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred due to customs regulations in your country.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Shipments
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities. If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, you may contact our support team within 14 days of the estimated delivery date for assistance.
8. Returns & Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damage. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
